Reviews for Demonic Dora
“She’s smart, smart mouth, alert, observant, vulnerable, kick ass, insecure, lovelorn, wise and immature. She is a kaleidoscope of teen girl emotions, wrapped up in a hard candy coating.” Pop Bop, Top 500 Reviewer on Amazon.
“Demonic Dora is like enjoying cotton candy at a heavy metal concert.” upallnightnovels.com.
She’s finally managed to summon her first demon…
Dora Carridine is trying to summon a demon, but she’s not very good at Latin and nothing ever works out the way she plans.
Her life is fraught with weekly exorcisms and having to watch her father’s fire and brimstone TV show every Sunday. So, when she finally succeeds in summoning an incompetent demon lord, she’s absolutely delighted when all hell breaks loose.
She thought summoning a sexy demon lord would be the answer to all of her problems, but her problems are only just beginning when her zealot parents try to burn her at the stake, and Dora is left with only one option—to escape and follow her demon straight into Hell.

I cannot read the Demonic Diaries fast enough. This book has more of the ‘meat and potatoes’ of the story so far vs. the other two origins books which were both just as equally fascinating. Dora’s character is well written as she learns what its like to live in hell from the stand point of Keirnon’s life. Both characters are equally treated with disdain from their parents which can help many a reader identify with both characters. I liked how there wasn’t just one problem that needed to be solved throughout the story. A lot of authors take the easy route and do that. If your looking for an exceptionally well written fantasy book this series is definitely it.

I loved this book. It was a fun read, I couldn’t put it down. I found myself laughing out loud so hard that I had tears rolling down my face. Read this book, you won’t be sorry. Can not wait for the rest of the series.
