I really liked this book. It reminded me of Lara Croft and Indiana Jones; Ellie is a bad-ass heroine that is really independent and knows what she wants (except when it comes to Jacob Hawkings) and switches from making cons to seeking treasure. I could imagine everything she described, it was really well written. If you’re looking for a romance adventure book, this is the one for you.

Claire at her best. Moved quickly right the way through without letting the story go stale. Ellie was a pleasure to spend time with and Lara Croft she may not be, but she knows what she wants. Definitely worth reading.
